Most clients secure a property within 6 to 10 weeks, depending on their criteria, budget and market conditions across the Illawarra. Because we handle the search every day, it's usually faster and more focused than searching on your own.

Can you find off-market properties in Wollongong?

Sometimes. Some homes are offered to known buyers before they are advertised, and we're on those lists. No agent can guarantee off-market stock, so we search the whole market at the same time.

How much does a buyers agent cost in Wollongong?
